Hello Mr. Whitridge: I have been thoroughly enjoying the beautiful drift & flow of your Walking Into Clouds CD for the past few days, it’s really quite wonderful music. Now I am wondering: any chance your older recordings might be available? Your Mojave Ice LP perhaps? Me, I’d love to hear more!
Howdy Michael. “Walking into Clouds” is the first FeatherLightFall CD. How did you learn about Mojave Ice (from the 1980s)? Mojave Ice was a combined effort with Dave Brown and is a vocal jazz/rock influenced album. It was released only as an LP and is not available except for a few extras laying about. There is a Tiki Noir CD; “Into the Mid-Century Modern” (at CD Baby) which is a peculiar, somewhat off-beat tribute to the styles of that period in music and art. Thanks for the comment. Be Well, R Whitridge
Thanks for responding – your name entered my world with my interest in the Motor Totemist Guild, who always had the best cover art. I only very recently heard about the Mojave Ice LP (https://www.discogs.com/Mojave-Ice-Persona-Non-Grata/release/7506296). Does James Grisgby play on that? I will certainly check out your Tiki Noir CD, thanks for the tip. Regards, Michael
